Maintenance of Garmin Collars
Maintenance increases reliability and leads the equipment to always operate close to the conditions in which it left the factory.
We restore your system to the original manufacturer's specifications.
We fix about 95% of all the devices we receive, but we understand that some devices are not viable to repair or impossible to find parts.
But that only happens in 5% of all cases.
In these cases, we will return the device, we will refund the amount paid. for the service*, but we will not refund shipping and return costs for the equipment.

How do I submit my equipment for evaluation and maintenance?

As soon as we receive your equipment:
We will confirm receipt of your equipment at Bravo GPS,
If it is possible to repair, we will send the Budget for your approval before carrying out any service.
After approval, the repair starts.
After payment for the service, your equipment will be sent back.
What if my equipment cannot be repaired?

If your equipment cannot be repaired, you will not be charged for the service.
Just come and get it.
If you want us to send your equipment back by mail you only need to pay the return shipping amount. Sedex or CAP.

The warranty does not cover the replacement of missing or non-repairable accessory items, severely abused, corroded or water-damaged equipment.
The warranty covers the services we perform and parts we install. Shipping and return expenses for the equipment to our laboratory are not covered by the warranty.
Our repair shop has a complete technical base, parts stock and qualified personnel!

How does delivery work?
